To minimise the risk of COVID-19 and to ensure the health and safety of all, the following protocols have been applied:

1.   During COVID outbreaks or periods of high community transmission, Telehealth (Phone or Video/Zoom) is the preferred method of delivering treatment. The same fees, rebates, and cancellation policy apply for Telehealth.


2.   If your appointment is face-to-face, you are required to:

  • Wear a mask to your appointment

  • Use hand sanitiser 

  • Maintain physical distancing

3.   Please DO NOT attend your appointment if any of the following apply:

  • You have recently tested positive for COVID and remain COVID positive, or

  • You are experiencing COVID-like symptoms (including cold/flu symptoms), or

  • You are feeling unwell


Instead, your appointment will be changed to Telehealth (Phone or Video/Zoom) until you feel better.
